i think i'm going to die for training. :x coach is like giving us mo gui xun lian everyday. lucky it rained during training. if not we are going to run 3km. i will die man. ok me and adele are trying to figure which week is the most mo gui week. so basically today is tougher than yesterday which is tougher than friday. friday we didn't do much. too little courts and too many people. but i still managed to get my ankle sprained. -.- yesterday we just hit, run 50 laps, hit, run 50 laps, play game, run again, do push-ups and sit-ups.

today was like mo gui!! first we did the warm-up run (i didn't fall down! xD) then we did the court rally, two on one side. it's like very dangerous. but me and adele managed to continue for quite a few times! yay! and i think we did better on the backhand. -.- brens and woons are ZAI on forehand! xD but we are ZAI too. xD then we did the boast-drop-drop-drive drill. it was rather tiring. so we did two rounds. then i played with faeces. the match cannot count la. she was like dead after playing with shanti. yea then i played with adele. i won on all tyco shots. -.- SO CANNOT COUNT TOO! xD so after that we did PT. i died la. almost. did the stepping thing. can't even survive one minute. -.- then run 100 laps. me and woons run very slow so not very tiring. then did the crab running thing (i didn't fall down! xD) then did the sprinting and back-padelling. i couldn't do back-padelling. nearly fell down once. :x then sit-ups and push-ups. push up was crap la. everyone's like go down a bit then cannot tahan le. cos of the push-ups we did yesterday! then coach wants us to bend in elbow. -.- i went down and cannot come up. -.- brens went down and collapsed. haha. :D oh i think i injured my back or tailbone. -.-

ok. so i'm like so dead after training. i already had problems getting up today. tomorrow i'm going to roll out of bed ok. and we still have running tmr. it's either 2 rounds+20 push-ups and 20 sit-ups or 3 rounds. DIE LA. oh i think cai lao shi is nice. :D but i heard he is only the temporary tcher-in-charge. wonder which tcher will replace him. haha. xD
