Chem SPA kind of sucks. first i didn't use the measuring cylinder (the whole class didn't use). second, my inks are super faint. third, i calculated the Rf value wrongly. freak. so please don't say your chem SPA sucks in front of me, unless you had a fourth point to compete with me. thanks. (:

AH. my back hurts. pulled my muscle perhaps? don't know what really happened. i was doing a forehand boast and it just went crack. and i couldn't move. -.- i couldn't straighten up my back. i couldn't really bend a lot cos it hurts. and i couldn't get up after lying down. thanks a lot. it's the second or third time since the new year. boo. i thin i had problems doing sit ups too. :/ it's either i have a very fat stomach or i couldn't do it at all. -.- when i was doing my 27th sit up yesterday (after the 250 laps), my stomach (or rather my waist) got the chou jing feeling. -.- WHAT HAPPENED?!?!

my first time i sprain my back was in jan, when i was lying down after training. while trying to get up, my back went crack (it's an awful sound). then i fell down during WARM UP and sprained my ankle on a very slack training day. but it's not serious and i recovered on the third or fourth day. then the spraining back effect came back again in mid-jan, after training too. then now. my stomach and my back hurts. well. :/ i hope i can survive the nationals. (:

OH YES! i'm practically surviving on the ammeltz yoko yoko now. million thanks to the person(s) who invented the yoko yoko if not i will have to survive on the tiger balm thingy. training is so tiring! we ran 5 sets of 50, but it's like tougher than last time. b'div's trainings are tougher than c'div's training. not fair. yea so we played games. ah i played woons and shanti. haha my match with woons is quite fun! xD we played very long for one particular rally! we drove and boast and drop! so cool! i think it's the longest rally i've ever played. so fun. xD i ran a lot too. match with shanti was rather scary. :/ yea and i have muscleache everyday. :/ jiayou jiayou jiayou. now with the injuries.... -.- DIE...

ok! class tee.. die lar. i have no idea when adele wants to go meet that person. if not i shall just go to the place jeanne told me. ok. oh and i think toro's hairstyle is kinda nice in xue tian shi. xD

i feel so sad nowadays! :/ jiayou! i feel like crying.. :x
