no matter how many new signings we get, gerrard still remains the most influential player in liverpool. inspirational performance by him. capable of winning games on own. GERRARD OWNAGE! xD whee~ gerrard is still the king! well my heart almost stopped when villa got that penalty in. they levelled with us with just 6mins to go. well, but just for a while though. gerrard scored with a fantastic free-kick 2mins later, putting us in the lead again. xD

i guess both teams played rather well. traditionally, we will always start weakly. a win against a relatively strong team will prove us to be serious contenders of the title. yeah. anyway villa is trying to hack us down, there was once when both torres and alonso fell, with alonso getting a kick in the stomach too. and i will forgive carragher for that handball cos he defended really well all along. do feel very sorry for laursen for that own goal cos he defended well before that. but i salute kuyt for his high work rate, for chionging after that save and causing the villa defenders to scramble. yeah, most will just go for the corner, but apparently kuyt has other stuffs in mind. [: yeah and taylor made some great saves, particularly those from babel in the second half.

anyway i wonder why are we called liv'pool now. -.- it just looks and sounds weird. and aston villa is now a villa instead of ast. i thought ast was way cooler. well. :/
