MY ZEN CRASHED ON ME!! :(

i don't know whether to feel sad or not. firstly, that would mean no music for me. and it sucks cos i need music to survive. handphone or zen? zen, duh. on one hand, i hope my zen crash all my files so the pictures of wuwo etc won't be seen/found. on the other hand, i hope all my files survive so i don't have to retransfer and format ALL my music files all over again. but what matters most is, i lost my proof of purchase and am now currently (just) hoping that the creative guy will believe that my zen is only 2 months old and repair it FOC without proof of warranty. alright. i hope all will go well. :/
